What does happiness mean to you a big house, a nice car, new clothes and someone to share your life with? Before you start asking for what you think you want. Think about what having those things would mean to you.
If you start using the law of attraction and asking for happiness you may have trouble getting what you want. You need to dig deep within yourself and find out what you need to attain the feelings of happiness.
You use the Law of attraction everyday, whether you know it or not. Your thoughts and actions even your feelings convey certain messages; these messages are what you are going to attract and receive in your life.
Finding happiness requires understanding what your true desires are. You may have many desires the key here is finding out which desires are most important for you to attain. It is important to not fall into the trap of asking for your cravings or addictions. Your true desires come from the heart and soul.
Once you know what you truly need to be happy you can do a vision board. A vision board is a law of a attraction tool, that will help you maintain your attention on what you desire. Get a poster board and cut out pictures that reflect what you want and need in your life. You can also add words and phrase to your vision board. Each day look at the vision board as you see the images, words and phrases use your feelings to experience what it is like to already have these things.
Finding happiness using the law of attraction is easy as long as you’re clear about what you want and focus on it.
